Private Sessions

High-level, high-intensity, position specific training with Coach Manny. Sessions come in 60, 90, & 120 minute variations. Sessions are one on one, 2-3 players, or 4+ players at a time. All sessions will improve the player's tactical, technical, physical, and mental abilities. Players will receive food, supplement, and at-home workout recommendations as part of signing up for private training.
